(More to come about this). 4.  The most disturbing fact is that their installers broke my plumbing pipe when installing the internet.  Luckily I was under warranty in my new build and they handled everything with Optimum about that, but part of my driveway is tore up and doesn't match! 5.  So for obvious reasons I had to go with another provider.  They made it so hard to cancel and I was on the phone with them for an hour and 15 minutes trying to make them cancel my internet.  They offer a 60 day money back guarantee.  It's on their website and it is a selling point in the store.  They tried to tell me that wasn't a thing and said they would not cancel until my billing cycle is complete even though I am not using the internet.  I actually was at the store at the time, but they are not able to cancel for you.  The associate say that they had my account as canceled but were still trying to charge me for the whoke billing cycle.  So the associate in the store was advocating for me that they honor their own policies and they even tried to tell him that there is no 60 money back.  He told them where they could find it and they confirmed that they say it. But kept leaving it out of the recap and saying that my final bill would be sent.  By the end of the calls and a lot of back and forth with the associate.  They said that there is a 60 day money back and they would send an email within 24 hours reflecting that.  6. I received no email and this morning my credit card was charged $122.72 for no internet, mud in my carpets, a broken pipe, stress, poor customer services, dishonesty and  lack of integrity!  20 days of hell all due to Optimum.
